Ideal for short stay but not cheap

Location was great, just a short walk from the tube station, made it easy to get around. The staff were really friendly, they even let us drop off our bags earlier so we could freshen up before heading out.

It wasn't exactly cost-effective, but for the convenience, I’d say it was acceptable.

Small room sizes!!! Inadequate bathroom space!!! Uncomfortable shower cubicles that barely allow movement!!! Poor sound insulation that disrupts sleep!!! Maintenance issues detracting from overall experience!!!

Convenient location and helpful staff

We loved the convenient location, just a short walk to the tube station, which made exploring London so easy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided us with all the information we needed for our first visit. While the room was quite small and lacked air conditioning, it was clean and comfortable for our short stay. I'd recommend this place for a brief visit but wouldn't want to stay longer due to the size of the room.

I picked the westbury for its great location, and it exceeded my expectations! Just a short walk to the tube station with plenty of cafes and grocery stores nearby. The bathroom was clean, with all the essential soaps provided. The wifi was reliable too. Plus, the beds were super comfortable, which is a big win!

We stayed for 2 nights and loved how convenient the location was! It was surrounded by tube stations, making it super easy to explore London. Staff were super friendly, always smiling and even let us check in early! The only bummer was the room size. a bit too small for our taste. The coffee at breakfast was a nice perk, tho.

During my stay, I really loved how close I was to Holland Park, which made for delightful afternoon walks, and the quick access to Earl’s Court tube station was super convenient for exploring the city. The friendly staff made my experience even better, ensuring I had all I needed, although the rooms were a bit on the small side.

I had a lovely stay with super friendly staff and easy access to Hyde Park, perfect for my weekend strolls, and being close to attractions like the Victoria and Albert Museum made it so easy to explore the city in just a few steps.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay, exploring the nearby shops and cafes after a quick walk from the Earl's Court tube station. The hotel was a perfect home base for our family adventures, with clean rooms and friendly staff who made us feel welcome.

My kids wished there was a small fridge in the room for their snacks.
